I would highly recommend Maureen Bonfiglio as a real estate agent. I have dealt with many agents throughout the years and without a doubt she is the best agent I have ever worked with. Not only was she extremely knowledgeable on all aspects of what needed to be done, but in my opinion when well out of her way to make the purchase of my new house go as smoothly as possible. She kept in constant contact with me on how the purchase was going along with getting me all the information I needed on people I needed to contact. After putting in a bid on the house and getting acceptance, I had contacted all utility companies and gotten all inspections done within a very short time. All due to the hard work and great communication of Maureen. I moved into my new home 3 weeks after acceptance. In my opinion there isn’t a better real estate agent around and she is the best anyone could find.
