I do not even know how to begin stating how wonderful Maureen has been to us. My wife and I were looking to purchase our first home and Maureen came highly recommended by our finance company. We met with her and were immediately impressed. She immediately started sending us listings that matched what we were after. She drove us around on weekends to show us the places we stated we were interested in. We even did a complete change of direction halfway through but Maureen ran with it and adjusted to find us what we wanted. After a few tours, many emails, phone calls, and text messages we finally decided on the house we wanted to purchase. This is where she really shined for us! She took us through the entire process and kept us fully informed every step of the way. She was present for all the inspections that had to be done. She negotiated with the sellers to make more repairs then we ever expected to get! We knew the whole way through she was completely on our side and worked very hard to make sure our needs were met. When the signing date arrived, Maureen was there with me making sure I understood everything. We are meeting Maureen tomorrow to get the keys to our first home and could not be more excited! To sum it all up Maureen is simply amazing! We could not have possibly asked for anything more. Her personality is wonderful, and both my wife and I consider her a friend despite having known her for a short time. I would, without hesitation, recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home. She will exceed your expectations and will be there from beginning to end! She made this experience enjoyable for us and we cannot thank her enough!
